Authentic washoku cooking in Jiyuugaoka. Enjoy learning how to cook basic dishes of washoku. Japanese cuisine, washoku is well known as healthy food utilizing their natural taste of various fresh ingredients such as vegetables. Any persons who have interest in WASHOKU can join and learn how to cook washoku.
